We build with the vibe in mind.. Traditional saunas did not use cedar, They were made from hemlock, spruce, alder and fir... At Valley of Spas, we like to use hemlock. It's a stable wood choice, resistant to temperature fluctuations and humidity. By sourcing our own trees we can provide clear wood with minimal knots which ends with a clean and refined look while providing a more traditional wood-sauna experience, in addition to providing a more eco friendly approach..
